This new weeknight meal is probably the EASIEST recipe I have ever made. With only two steps and five ingredients, I promise this will be a go-to during busy weeks. The family loved it, so I'll be sure to make it again soon! We served this baked ziti with steamed broccoli and garlic bread to make a complete dinner, but I wouldn't say no to just a bowl of this cheesy pasta ;) Be sure to add this to next week's grocery list, I promise it's a winner! xo, Jaime Photo and recipe credits ... One-Pot Creamy Beef and Shells
Y'all know I love a one-pot recipe, and this one is the perfect comforting meal for colder weather. It's really easy and kid-friendly too. The boys said it's a new favorite, so I will definitely be adding it to our weekly meal ideas. This is a great recipe for busy weeknights, especially because it only takes a few simple ingredients that you might already have on hand. And bonus: only one pot to clean! Give it a try and let me know what you think! xo, Jaime Photo and recipe credits ... View the Post
Stuffed Pepper Casserole
Happy 1st of September ! This past month has been so nice settling into our home and getting into a new routine. One of my goals once we settled in was to try one new recipe per week and share the ones that were hits. This stuffed pepper casserole was SO good. Just the right amount of protein, flavor and cheese 😋 xo, Jaime Photo and recipe credits to: Cooking Professionally ... View the Post
One Pot Mexican Chicken and Rice
This move to Park City has been everything we wanted it to be. The only downside is the Mexican food is nothing like it is in Texas 😬 I found this recipe that reminds me a little bit of Tex Mex and it is SO good and what's better than an easy-to-make recipe? A recipe that doesn't require a ton of different dishes and pots! This recipe only needs one 🙌 xo, Jaime Photo & recipe credits to: Cooking Professionally ... View the Post
