My best friend Andrea makes the BEST margaritas. She shared this recipe the other day so I knew I had to try this one out. Only ingredients you need are: salt, limes, cointreau, margarita mix and a tequila of your choice. We use Patron Silver or Casamigos (my personal favorite). For the margarita mix, we love the one from Trader Joe's. A lot of margarita mixes can have a lot of calories but the TJ's one only has 45 calories in every 2 ounces which is all you need for this margarita ... View the Post
Slow Cooker Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread
Happy weekend! The nutella french toast casserole was a hit so I'm back with another dessert/special occasion breakfast recipe that is SO easy to make. It only takes about 20 minutes to prep then all that's left is to let the slow cooker do its job! This recipe only requires 5 ingredients and you'll see that you probably have most if not all in your kitchen already :) Opening up the canned rolls always scares me 😂 so I have Ely (my oldest) open them. This recipe is a great dessert ... View the Post
Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken
Hi friends! I have gotten around to posting a (much) better picture of this recipe, finally doing it justice!! The last photo was a much less appetizing but either way, it still tastes AMAZING. We made it again last night and we also serve with brown rice which is optional. Have a great day! Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken xo, Jaime ... View the Post
Nutella French Toast Casserole with Caramelized Bananas
I promised I would cook the boys a special breakfast in the morning. I thought I could cook it overnight, but I realized it needed to cook on high for two hours so instead, I had Mark wake up at 4:30 to turn on the crockpot 😂 The boys ended up saying it was the "best breakfast ever" ! I can't disagree. It's sooo good. Hope you guys enjoy and have a great day!! :) xo, Jaime Recipe credits to: I Can Cook That ... View the Post
Sheet Pan Sausage, Veggies & Smashed Potatoes
Equal parts healthy and delicious, this sheet pan recipe calls for cut sausage, veggies and a seasoning mix that brings it altogether! I got a little lazy the night we made this so Mark was in charge of the cooking. Fair warning, Mark thought it was too much work. BUT, in the end it was all worth it because it so good. We will end up making it again at some point. ???? Note: the original recipe calls for regular potatoes, but we used sweet potatoes. I think it would be tasty either way! xo, ... View the Post
Chicken Parmesan Meatballs Ready in 35 Minutes
I'm posting two new recipes today to make up for missing last week's post. This chicken parm meatball skillet dish was SO tasty. It's great for those evenings you don't really have the time to cook but still crave for a home-cooked meal because it takes practically no time at all. Plus, you and the fam will love it! We also made sheet pan sausage, veggies and smashed sweet potatoes this week and you can find that recipe - here! xo, Jaime Recipe credits to The Girl Who Ate Everything ... View the Post
