How to Make a Protein Smoothie at Home
Today I’m sharing how I make my healthy protein smoothie right at home. I used to make this shake years ago and I call it my “Green Smoothie.” I stopped for awhile because I was drinking it every single day. Since then, I’ve changed a few things like adding a protein powder to mix it up and I’ve started making it more often as a healthy mid-morning pick-me-up. I add one banana (frozen or ripe), a cup of milk (I use almond), a handful of spinach, a scoop of PB Fit powder, a scoop of protein powder, and a sprinkle of chia seeds. I linked my favorite powders and the chia seeds I use! Then just blend it up! This comes together so quickly and is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack.
I use this blender. It is my favorite blender because you can easily make one serving without getting a big blender dirty and having to wash it. I also use it for my spicy margaritas that I will for sure be making on repeat this summer.

- 1 cup milk I use almond
- 1 banana ripe or frozen
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 scoop PB fit powder
- sprinkle chia seeds
