Hi friends! In case you’re new around here, my family and I recently moved to Park City, Utah full time. We have loved this area for a long time, and we were so excited to finally make the move! We’ll be renting this house for two years, and we were lucky enough that the owners moved all of their furniture out. We sold a lot of our things in Texas, so it’s been fun buying new furniture and decor. I am loving styling this house with more of a ranch, farmhouse look, which is a new angle for me, especially using different colors and patterns. Now that our new space is fully decorated, I thought I’d give you a little tour!
ENTRY WAY
Console table // Black vase // Faux olive branch (similar) // Rug // Lamp // Art // Chain
Art // Baskets (similar) // Wooden bowl
My favorite part about decorating the entry way is that it’s so easy to change up the decor with the seasons, and it makes such an impact right when you walk in the door. We just got a longer console table in (the exact same one–just longer!) to make a bigger statement.
LIVING ROOM
Green couch (similar) // Cream couch // Coffee table // Floor lamp // Olive tree // Rug // Art // Ottoman // Console table
Bar cabinet // Rug // Chair (similar) // Vase // Faux stems
Our living room for sure has the best views, so we spend a lot of time in it. Isn’t the green couch so fun?! Now I know some of you will have questions–how do we keep a light colored couch with three boys?? I promise, Folex is a MUST to take out stains, even blood 😛
MASTER BEDROOM
Bed (similar) // Bench // Rug // Quilt // Green pillows // Tan patterned pillow // Green lumbar pillow
Mirror // Vase // Faux florals // Art // Lamp (similar) // Nightstand dresser (similar) // Throw blanket
Green patterned pillow // Tan patterned pillow
Didn’t our master bedroom turn out so cozy? I love changing out the pillows and throws on the bed to give it a different look. This rug might also be my favorite in the house.
KIDS’ ROOMS // ELY & FYNN
Bunk bed // Quilt // Rug // Dresser // Chair // Lamp // Storage ottoman
Ely and Fynn’s room is so cute, especially the wall color, but it will be getting a facelift soon. I just ordered twin beds because this bunk bed hasn’t been the best. Be on the lookout for their updated room!
KIDS’ ROOMS // ZANDER
Bed // Storage basket // Art // Rug // Arrow pillow // Decorative pillow (similar) // Geometric throw // Plaid fringe throw // Quilt // Nightstands
Zander’s room is a fun one to play with the decor, I’m always adding different throws and pillows. He loves his upgrade to a more mature room as he’s gotten older.
OFFICE
Baskets // Art // Abstract object // Bowl // Decorative knot // Gold object // Books
The office was one of my favorite areas to decorate! The bookshelves are such a focal point, so I had a lot of fun spending time styling them. Books really help fill up space if you’re struggling with how to decorate a similar space.
Hope you guys enjoyed this closer look at our new home! I’ve really embraced a different style that’s more fitting for our area, and I hope you can see how much love I’ve put into our space.
xo, Jaime
