When I decided to just “go with it”
Right before we literally all fell to the ground — I fell on Zander’s leg and that was the end of the photo shoot.
Happy Mother’s Day to all of you Mama’s out there!! I hope ya’ll get a good laugh from these photos.. I mean this is legit my life. We arrived a few minutes before my photographer (bad idea!) and immediately Zander and Fynn started rolling down the hill. All the way down. So of course their white shirts where then grassed stained and lovely. Zander secretly took gum out of my purse, which you see in the first picture falling into my hair. When Vanessa arrived she had no idea what she was getting herself into. Ha!!! After that first shot with the gum she said “this is reading rough, maybe Zander should get off your shoulders” I was dyyyying. I’m like.. oh you think that’s rough.. hahaha. Don’t worry, I had a beer off to the side I was attempting to drink, and yes we turned around and saw Zander drinking it and then missing his mouth.. so in some of these he most definitely has beer on his white shirt. Mark was waiting for me inside to eat dinner and he knew when I walked in to have a glass of wine waiting and to give me a “moment”. However, now that I see these photos I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. This is a true representation of these crazy boys of mine and I am so lucky to be there Mama.
