My Workout Goals & Diet
New year = new workout and health goals. Buying workout clothes that make me feel good helps me stay motivated and to stay on track with my routine. Whether it’s going to barre classes or for a run in the neighborhood, my goal is to workout 5 days out of the week and keep a healthy as possible diet. It’s hard to believe, but I’ve cut out Chick-Fil-A almost completely. My new favorite place to grab a quick lunch is Zoe’s! Of course, I still give myself cheat days 🙂 I went into detail in this blog post of what my weekly workout routine looks like as well as my daily diet.
Activewear Trends to Look Out for in 2020
- Tie-dye print is everywhere! I love how fashion trends recycle and I’m here for the tie dye print coming back. I normally don’t buy clothes with a lot of bright colors so I like that this hoodie is more muted.
- Velvet is a popular material for the holidays, but I’m loving these special edition lululemon velvet leggings. They’re not made to workout in, but they’re super comfy and great to wear on your off days.
