Happy Thursday! Every time I go to Starbucks, I typically get the same thing and when I’m not getting my afternoon pick me up from Starbucks, I’m making my coffee at home.
I gave the girls on my team Starbucks gift cards and so we could each try a bunch of different drinks then share our favorite ones with you guys! So here it is: the top 10 Starbucks drinks (not in any particular order) and they are ALL 100 calories and under.
Note: Being in Texas, it was hard for us to order a hot drink. 9 out of 10 are cold, but you can easily customize it as a hot drink. All the details below!

Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato
~90 CALORIES
HOW TO ORDER:
- Ask for Grande Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato
- 4 pumps sugar free cinnamon dolce
- Light caramel drizzle
- Light cinnamon dolce topping

~80 Calories
HOW TO ORDER:
- Ask for Grande Cold Brew
- 1 pump sugar-free vanilla
- 1 pump toffee nut
- 1 pump sugar free cinnamon dolce
- Light cream

Pumpkin Cold Brew
~75 CALORIES
HOW TO ORDER:
- Ask for grande cold foam cold brew
- 1 pump of pumpkin sauce in the cold foam
- 2 pumps sugar free vanilla in the cold brew
- Splash of any milk

Vanilla Green Tea Latte
~90 CALORIES
HOW TO ORDER:
- Ask for grande ice green tea latte
- Almond milk
- 1 scoop of matcha
- 2 pump sugar free vanilla
For the hot version, order it the same way but ask for half water.

If you search “1 pump of pumpkin sauce calories” it will pop right up ! It’s about 30 calories

So i am a white choc lover as well. I order an iced coffee, no classic, 3 pumps of white mocha sauce and just a splash of heavy cream. Much less calories than the white mocha latte! you can sub heavy cream for whatever dairy you prefer. 🙂 Enjoy !

As a starbucks barista I have a few comments 🙂
Starbucks stores will be removing the skinny mocha, (not sure if it applies to all stores)
We don’t carry the cinnamon almond milk macchiato anymore, so some newer baristas may not know the recipe.
I recommend to say “sub sugar-free” vanilla, cinnamon dolce… or “sub regular vanilla for _pumps sugar free vanilla” most baristas should know what you mean anyways, but it never hurts.

this is so helpful number 3 and 6 are my go 2 orders for Starbucks. you also should try the grande cold brew with oat milk and sugar free cinnamon dolce 1 pump only only 35 Calories for everything
