Fall is everyone’s favorite season at Starbucks, and my posts suggesting 10 drinks under 100 calories have been a big hit, so I thought I’d bring back my super popular blog with healthier versions of all our favorite fall drinks. From the apple crisp macchiato to the famous pumpkin spice latte, there are easy substitutes you can make to get the same yummy coffee without all the sugar and calories! You can get most of these hot or iced. Check out my suggestions for calorie-friendly versions of these drinks!

These all sound so good! My go-to lately is a Grande Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with no vanilla, and instead 1 pump Pumpkin and 1 pump Brown Sugar! I can’t wait to try these!

Hello! how did you calculate the calorie count? I want to try some concoctions of my own but starbucks doesn’t list the calorie counts for their powders and syrups or the exact amount in a “splash” of milk. Thanks!
