Over the weekend, I made my friend Liane’s easy and quick poppy seed cake recipe. This is so good! It’s the perfect sweet treat without being too heavy. This comes together really quickly and only takes 30 minutes to bake. Plus it only includes a handful of ingredients! And you probably have everything in your pantry except for the poppy seeds.
This is so good I could eat it for breakfast too! All the credit goes to my friend Liane, it’s her family’s recipe. Be sure to grease AND flour your bundt pan. It keeps the cake from sticking when you go to remove it. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 package vanilla pudding the kind you cook
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup poppyseeds

Instructions
- Grease and flour a bundt pan. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the mixture to the bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
