Ingredients
- soup bones or flank steak I normally get a couple of packages based on how much meat is on the bones
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs Carrots
- 5-6 stalks celery
- 1 med-lrg Onion
- 1-2 potatoes
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 1/3 to 1 1/2 cup noodles
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cover soup bones or flank steak with 4 cups of water, salt and pepper.
- Cook in a pressure cooker for 17 minutes (after it jiggles).
- After cooked and cooled a bit, take meat off bones, then cut up.
- Add all vegetables from list of ingredients.
- Cook in pressure cooker for 5-6 minutes after it jiggles.
