In honor of Fynn’s birthday coming up this weekend, I’m letting him decide what he wants to eat for dinner every night this week. He chose this recipe, along with the Chicken & Rice Casserole and my 3 Cheese Casserole (my personal favorite growing up). Fynn is the least adventurous eater out of the boys so he stuck with his tried and true favorites. I got this homemade recipe from my aunt and let me tell you guys… from a self-proclaimed NON-cook, it is so incredibly easy to make and delicious. Serve it with a side of salad and you are good to go.
