My friend Kim makes a super simple and flavorful salsa that I’ve been dying to get my hands on. She sent me the recipe today and said I could share it with you! And y’all, it really is SO easy. Definitely worth a few minutes of prep for fresh salsa and way better than the jarred stuff.
She uses petite diced tomatoes and said the Del Monte brand is the best but Hunt’s would work too.
Will you be watching the Super Bowl this weekend? We are a big football family so we will be enjoying the game and of course some game day snacks. I will be making her salsa too! Let me know if you try it.
xo, Jaime
