Today I am sharing with the another off the shoulder top, BUT this one has 2 layers of ruffles. Hello!! And the price! I have have not been disappointed once by what I have ordered from Shein. At this price point it can always be questionable but the quality and fit are definitely on point.
You know, I don’t think I have worn a choker necklace since the 90’s, but I have had my eye on these lariat and choker necklaces all season long, so when Bauble Bar offered to send me one I jump all over it. I just love the fact that this necklace can be work all year around. I am picturing it during the cold weather months worn under a white button down shirt, jeans, and black boots!
Sometimes I shy away from necklaces when getting dressed because I am in a hurry and never sure if they look good with what I’m wearing. So I’ve created a necklace wearing guideline for those moments in question. Here we go –
Long Necklaces (hitting below the chest):
Look best work with a tunic, maxi / or short dress dress, or in the winter long sweater/tunic especially a turtleneck. Long necklaces look best when you are wearing something longer than the necklace it self to off set it. So I would shy way from blouses (unless it is long like a tunic).
Medium Length Necklace (hitting at chest or above):
All those tops and blouses that you can’t wear a long necklace with will look great with one a bit shorter. Also can wear with short/long dresses. Just make sure the neckline is simple and preferably round or a turtleneck but this is going to be your most versatile necklace length.
Chokers:
Chokers like the one I am wearing in this post fair best with a low and open neckline.. or a button up collared blouse where you can see a glimpse of the choker with the first few top buttons undone.
