We photographed this look in front of Neiman Marcus Corp in downtown which was my old stomping grounds many years ago. Working at Neiman’s was everything you would think it would be and everything you couldn’t imagine all at the same time. I honestly could compare my experience to the the movie Devil Wears Prada. This was the only job I ever cried at, but I also grew up there as a person and the learning experience was unparalleled… not to mention I made some of my closest friends whom I still talk to at least once a week!
Okay back to the present.. how cute is this little dress? I almost didn’t try it on when I took it out of the box because it did not look flattering on the hanger. However, the little flare/ruffles at the bottom are cut just right so I ended up loving the fit. I went with the xs btw. I’m also planning on wearing it with my gladiators from last year – similar to these and these.
