For a can’t be beat office dress, try this one! It fits so well and super flattering on. Some people think florals are meant to be worn in spring and summer, but the right floral print is so cute for fall. The olive green/cream/orange tones in the floral print against the black is just perfect. If you’re in the south, you’ll be safe to wear this without feeling chilly for awhile. For anyone living in the cooler states or if you work in a cold office, this would look so cute styled with a blazer or long cream cardigan.

I knew this was sweater was going to be a hit but I didn’t think it was going to be basically completely sold out (only extra larges left) by the time I shot these photos. I’m going to link a few similar ones below. This look is perfect for wearing to the office on casual Fridays. The jeans have a nice blue wash that isn’t too light. You can wear with flats or mules. If you feel like the outfit is too casual, throw on a pair of pumps for an easy everyday casual to business casual transition.

Finally over the work week? Throw on this cozy poncho for the weekend. I love layering my ponchos with a basic long sleeve underneath. This one is actually designed to already have that look. It features slits on the side and an asymmetrical hem. Love the fronts pockets too!! The slip-ons are also a nice casual touch and a comfortable option for being out and about on the weekends.
