The day has finally come… it’s REVEAL DAY! It has been a dream to collaborate with Gibson clothing and my two blogger friends, Tara and Roselyn. I’m so incredibly excited to introduce my pieces from the City Safari collection because this collection was created with my style and readers in mind. You’ll find that each of these 4 pieces you’re going to see are exactly what you’ll be looking for this fall (animal print and flattering silhouettes for starters) and outfits that can take you from your 9-5 to the weekend.

In terms of sizing, I have found that Gibson runs slightly big in my experience. I sized down one from my usual size and wearing an extra small in all pieces. For reference, I am just under 5’7″.

The Jaime Smocked Maxi Dress
I featured a sneak peak of this Smocked Maxi Dress on my stories last week and got a ton of messages from you guys asking when it would be linked. So for that, I thought it would only be fitting to talk about this beauty first! Prairie dresses are HUGE for fall. The silhouette is absolutely flattering and I love the contrast of short sleeves with the mock neck. It’s perfect for so many fall events or weddings. You can dress it up or down, and it’s also work appropriate which is a plus for my office girls. I mentioned that I sized down to an extra small in each of the pieces. However for this one in particular, if you wanted more of a billowy tucked out look in the front, I would stick with your normal size. It comes in 2 different prints and also in solid black.
You can style this dress with booties for fall or sandals in the weeks before it starts getting cold. Personally, I have no complaints about the length. In case you’re worried it may be too long for you, I wanted to share a Nordstrom hack that you guys should take full advantage of if you’re a Nordy member. Nordstrom provides free basic alterations on full-priced items. Yep! So that means if you needed to get this dress hemmed, you can easily do it without the hassle of finding or paying for a tailor. The Jaime Wide Leg Jumpsuit
This jumpsuit is a great basic to have. It’s casual, effortless and comfy! We all have those days where we have a million things to do and it feels like we’re running around with our heads cut off. On top of the chaos, picking an outfit just adds to the stress. This piece is so good for women who are on the go every day from running carpool, errands, etc. and don’t want to think about “does this top match these pants?”. I’m thinking it would also make the perfect travel outfit as well. I love the adjustable waist and for cooler weather, just throw on your favorite denim jacket.

Another big trend for fall is animal print! As you guys know, I’m a huge fan of leopard and I know you guys are obsessed with it just as much as I am. It just wouldn’t have been right if this collection didn’t include it. This top also comes in zebra and two other really fun print for fall (the color palette is so pretty and unique). This piece is super versatile in that it can be worn for happy hour at the bar or for a day in the office. Depending how you style it, it can be even be worn to the office and worn straight to happy hour after! No need for any in between outfit changes.
