Good Morning! Who remembers the 90’s or who was born in the 90’s? I was born in the 80’s so I 100% remember my school days and everything that was 90’s fashion. I pretty much died for Kate Moss and just wanted to pull off that effortless grunge look sooo bad! Well guess what’s back? That’s right… 90’s fashion at its best. I say “at its best” because like most trends that resurface, they fortunately always seen to reappear in a modernized version and a bit more subtle. I don’t see anyone going head to toe grunge (unless that is your thing haha) but with little touches of it here and there you can most definitely nail this trend!
Who has ever shopped on eBay? My first time shopping on eBay was back before I was pregnant with Ely and looking for a Gucci diaper bag. I have been hooked ever since for hard to find items, gently used designer pieces, and throwback trends that I am looking to perfect. I wan’t to create a 90’s look that has a modern, everyday, classic feel to it. I was inspired by the infamous Balenciaga cut-out buckle booties. When I stumbled upon these on eBay with pearl studs at a fraction of the price, I knew I had found my match! I also love that you can loosen the laces and wear them super loose for that “clunky” look if you want. What’s great about eBay is most of the time you can find multiple sizes and colors of the particular item you are looking for. Click here to see all of the sizes available in my pearl studded boots. eBay even has a deal page – here.
Other ways you can go about tackling the 90’s trend are with denim (think Levi’s) jackets and or oversized plaid jackets. Loving these here & here. How cute would this oversized denim jacket be with a mini suede or sweater dress?!
Who’s ready to get your 90’s vibes on?!
Thanks for stopping by!
