Hi friends! I hope your week has started off well. Can you believe Thanksgiving is already next week?? While I’ve already started decorating and shopping for the holidays, Thanksgiving always seems like the official start to the holiday season. I’m looking forward to some down time to spend with the family. Do you dress up for Thanksgiving or do you keep it more casual? I put together some outfit inspo from dressy to casual and everything in between for the upcoming holiday.
Sweater dress (small) // Boots
I love a sweater dress for Thanksgiving. It’s the perfect piece to eat lots of yummy food and stay comfortable. It is cute but not too dressy. This one is a recent favorite and under $100. I especially love the detail on the sleeves.
Cardigan (small) // Jeans (26) // Boots // T-shirt (small)
Love this more casual look! The cardigan and boots are both from Walmart. Can you believe that?! I love the large plaid pattern and the colors are perfect for fall. I love mixing these more affordable finds from Walmart with my go-to Mother jeans.
Cardigan (small) // Sweater dress (small) // Boots
Here is another great sweater dress option. It’s a staple piece from Vince Camuto and also under $100. It also comes in black and maroon and any of these colors would work for Thanksgiving. The cardigan the the viral Amazon dupe for the Mango cardigan I have loved for years.
I’m pretty sure I’ve found the most perfect sweater for Thanksgiving. The colors are fun and just scream Thanksgiving to me. Pair it with jeans for and easy and effortless look. This pair is under $65!
Sweater set (small) // Boots // Bag
I am obsessed with this sweater set from Free People. It is so chic and easy to wear and instantly looks dressed up for Thanksgiving. It’s comfortable and cozy and a fast favorite right now.
Cape // T-shirt (small) // Jeans (26) // Boots
LOVE this plaid cape to elevate any look. It would look so cute with black leggings too. It’s a great layering piece over any basic outfit that you might already have in your wardrobe.
Which look will you be using as inspiration for your Thanksgiving outfit?? Let me know your favorite! And if you haven’t read through it yet, my 2023 gift guides were published last week and have so many ideas for the people in your life.
xo, Jaime

In my opinion, the most important thing is to feel comfortable and confident in what you’re wearing. Thanksgiving attire typically strikes a balance between casual comfort and a touch of festive style.
