Happy Friday! This velvet midi skirt is perfect for taking you from the office to a dinner or party without having to go home and change. This holiday party look is the first of series I’ll be bringing to you guys over the next week since we are in full on holiday party mode. Another option for this skirt is to wear a burgundy sweater on top and go head to to burgundy. The monochromatic look is SO in right now BTW! Since I took these pictures I’ve found a few burgundy clutches that would be perfect (here , here and here) One of my most favorite things about the holidays is shopping for party dresses because you can be fun and flirty and pretty much anything goes! This skirt is running low on sizes, so I have also added a few more options below for you guys. For reference, I am wearing a size U.S. 4 in this skirt. It sits at the waist, or a bit above so you might want to size up one.
Ely was home sick again yesterday, but I was lucky enough to have my father in law come over for a few hours to watch him while I was able to shoot some blog looks. I took him to the Dr. yesterday afternoon and just as I predicted it is some yucky virus that just has to run it’s course. Fingers crossed he wakes up feeling better this morning!!
Oh and you can shop tons more party dresses here.
Have a great weekend loves!!
xo, Jaime
